Job Listings from Indeed.com WordPress Widget
This is somewhat off of the theme of this web site, but we engineered a tool for the site that we have found useful, so we thought we would share it. We have displayed engineering job listings from Indeed.com for some time now, and we wanted a way to be able to customize and change those listings along with other objects in the sidebar on the right of the web page. WordPress has the “dynamic sidebar” feature that utilizes “widgets” to add and change contact on that sidebar. So, we have developed a plugin for WordPress that creates a “Job Listings from Indeed.com” widget.

Note that we are using multiple instances of this widget, and another plugin called “Widget Logic” to display different job listings on this site. Elsewhere on this site the job listings are for licensed professional engineering positions, but on this page they are for WordPress jobs.

This widget seems like a pretty neat tool, but when you say we would need permission from indeed.com, is it an affiliate program I would be joining? If so, that makes this widget even better! Thanks in advance.

This seems like a neat plugin. I’m currently an indeed.com publisher and was actually looking for a plugin similar to this in the wordpress directory but could not find it. Is it still working?
