Woman in Engineering ProActive Network (WEPAN)  have developed the WEPAN Knowledge Center (WKC).

The WEPAN Knowledge Center offers easy access to resources on women in engineering: research and reports, data and statistics, books, journal articles, and more. Topics include recruitment and retention, mentoring, assessment tools, work-life balance, etc. A community-wide effort to pool collective knowledge and make available resources more highly visible, the center accepts submissions for new resources. It also includes a professional community for locating subject matter experts, networking, collaborating, and hosting online events. 

The WEPAN Knowledge Center is a publicly accessible website. Access to the professional community is available for registered users (no fee required).  The web site provides:

• Access to cataloged and fully cited information resources
• An online Professional Community
• Special online events.
