Leadership
We are adding “Leadership” as a new category for our articles on TheProfessionalEngineer.com. Many of our previous articles relate to leadership and related topics, and we feel that the trend to include such articles in the future will continue. Many times engineers find themselves in leadership positions. Sometimes it is a technical leadership role, but often our assignments involve directing the work of others. Thus having good leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead people is a vital asset for an engineer.
