What should you do if you witness or are aware of a professional engineering exam security breach?  For the benefit of all licensed engineers you should notify NCEES immediately. 

To report a breach of security or an exam irregularity, you can do so by telephone or online. You are not required to provide your name if you wish to remain anonymous.

• Call 800-250-3196, extension 5296, and leave a message. Please provide enough details to allow NCEES to fully investigate the incident; or

• Call 800-250-3196, extension 5467, and ask to speak to the Compliance and Security Manager; or

• Complete the form at http://www.ncees.org/Exams/Security_tip_line.php
